Human Resources assumes the responsibility of coordination of the human resource function in accordance with state, federal and local regulations.
High School Graduate Required, College Degree in HR or equivalent
Two years general office experience, One year Human Resource experience.
Knowledge of personnel regulations preferred, computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, leadership skills required.
- Facilitation of the hiring process to include; recruitment, initial applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, administering required examination, license verification, and criminal history checks.
- Maintenance of personnel files according to regulations.
